For over 30 years, the iconic Rose Kitchen has been serving old-school classics in Wan Chai. We're excited to welcome their new branch to Eaton Food Hall, where they will be serving up their signature Crispy Grilled Spring Chicken—with tender, juicy meat and perfectly crisped golden skin. The restaurant also offers classic Hong Kong dishes like Crispy Fried Beef Brisket and Pork Chop Bun, all packed with authentic local taste.

Made for beef lovers, Food Hall’s newest vendor Beefamous Noodles Shop specialises in beef soup noodles and mixed noodles, crafted carefully every day with quality ingredients. Their signature dishes include Shacha Beef Noodles, Slow Cook Beef Tougue Noodles, Shacha Beef Three Treasures Noodles and more. Their flagship store is located in Hung Hom, but you can now try their noodles at Food Hall!

The first brick-and-mortar kitchen of celebrated local take-out Smartsoup, Souper Kitchen serves a variety of traditional, holistic and nourishing soups featuring the finest ingredients. Savour Chinese herbal culture with ginseng, yuzhu, wolfberry, chicken maw, and more hearty and soothing soups made to order. Healthy steamed rice sets offer more tastes of home.

Katsuo Udon 鰹烏冬
This local udon place serves Sanuki udon, one of the most iconic types of udon, carrying the former name for Kagawa Prefecture, where it comes from. The noodles here are freshly made by hand every day, and this keeps the noodles springy and a joy to slurp, both hot or chilled.
