"Ciuzauese" was named to embody the hardworking spirit of the Chaozhou people. The restaurant specializes in home-style slow-cooked soups and signature soup-based rice noodles, featuring a delightful and savory chicken broth paired with fresh Hsinchu rice noodles. A must-try is their Signature Fish Maw Soup Noodles, as well as their Fresh Clams with Sake Soup Noodles, Sensei Chicken Wings with Yellow Wine, Abalone with Yellow Wine, Seafood Treasure Box and more.

餐廳取名「潮州人」,是希望秉承潮州人的刻苦耐勞的精神。「潮州人」主打住家老火湯和特色米粉,湯底香濃清甜,配上台灣新竹米粉與特色配料,令人一試難忘。必試招牌金牌花膠米粉、清酒大蜆米粉、師父醉雞翼、古法醉鮮鮑和蔥油廣島蠔等。

 

KATSUO UDON

This local udon place serves Sanuki udon, one of the most iconic types of udon, carrying the former name for Kagawa Prefecture, where it comes from. The noodles here are freshly made by hand every day, and this keeps the noodles springy and a joy to slurp, both hot or chilled.

在本地極具人氣的烏冬店 —「鰹烏冬」,一直以簡單、樸素的讚岐湯烏冬作主打,所用的製麵機及材料,如麵粉、魚乾、北海道利尻昆布及味碄醬油等均由日本入口,烏冬每日新鮮製作,嚴選上等日本小麥粉混合鹽水炮製,粗身的麵條口感彈牙煙韌,麥香特別重,務求做出日本讚岐烏冬的真味。
